BEFORE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TRIES TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND RUN A PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS US REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE PROVISION OF REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. THIS PROGRAM IS A MODULE THAT IS RUN ON THE REMOTE COMPUTER (I.E. YOUR COMPUTER) FOR SPONTANEOUS, ATTENDED OR UNATTENDED SUPPORT. REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT CANNOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT DOWNLOADING AND RUNNING THIS SPECIALISED SOFTWARE, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS, DO NOT CONTINUE.
The ability for TechTonic IT to remotely access your computer significantly enhances our ability to resolve your technical problem(s) quickly. You understand that by requesting such assistance you are providing TechTonic IT technical support personnel with access to and control of, your computer. In doing so, you could be providing TechTonic IT technical support personnel with access to files that reside on your computer. Therefore, you accept responsibility for any changes made to the desktop content or system settings. You understand and agree that by accepting these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that remote intervention may in some cases cause data and/or software corruption on your computer. Therefore, TechTonic IT explicitly recommends that you back up the data from your computer before accepting remote technical support. If you do not back up your data, you run the possibility of irretrievable loss of such data and TechTonic IT will not be liable for any loss of data or extra costs incurred from 3rd parties, however caused.
You understand and agree that after running the Remote Support program, it will create a secure and encrypted remote session which connects the TechTonic IT support technician to your computer. This session can be terminated any time by any of the communicating parties (by you or TechTonic IT) by closing the Agent window. TechTonic IT warns that if you interrupt the communication during the session, it may cause your computer to malfunction.
You understand and agree to pay TechTonic IT's remote support charges of £29 per 30-minute session or part, thereof. TechTonic IT must explicitly point out that even while maintaining the utmost care, the possibility of material or non-material damages, in connection with remote technical assistance, cannot be ruled out completely. Such damage may result from failure of the connection between your computer and TechTonic IT technical support, the compounding effects of computer infiltrations, software, hardware or other factors.
By continuing with Remote Support, you agree to hold TechTonic IT Solutions Ltd free from responsibility for all loss, corruption or damage to all software applications, data or any information stored on any device.
